At the Seaside...

My intentions are to design towards an interiors context, particularly looking at wallpaper panels for my final degree show these are just some of my intial ideas! Im not sure about creating a 'realistic' picture of the seaside but prefer combining different motifs to create interesting varying designs.

As part of my 'research' I spent a lovely day out in Southport and stumbled across a beautiful vintage arcade crammed full of old slot machines and bandits! Any excuse for an ice cream eh!

Design Two: "Vintage Vacation"

Final Major Project is here and is encouraged by a 'Vintage Vacation' theme. I still would like to develop the playful, 'Enchanted Picnic' theme that I began to explore in the last unit but this time with a more nostalic, investigation into travel and vacation. My research process began in the Museum of Science and Industry looking at old vintage camera's!
